Prepaid orders will be held for payment clearance before shipment. Because of fraud problems, this applies to all prepaid orders--money orders, cashier's checks, etc.

We ship UPS. Because of problems tracking orders, we do not mail product. UPS requires that orders be shipped to a physical address--no PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or similar.

General product info:

Many of our products have specific fit and installation requirements. Most do not come with instructions. It is up to the installer to verify fit and function prior to installing the product--parts which have been altered in any way from "as shipped" condition, are not returnable under any circumstances. Please verify that you are able to appropriately install a product before ordering it.

Because of the nature of four-wheeling, unless otherwise specifically stated on a particular product, we do not offer a warranty or guarantee of any kind.

We try to stock adequate quantities of our products--because some items are custom made, or due to fluctuations in demand, we are sometimes forced to backorder certain items. We will make every effort to accurately estimate leadtimes, shipping times, and shipping costs, but these are estimates only.

Returns:

Returns must be authorized in advance.

Products which have been altered in any way (painted, powdercoated, drilled, welded, ground on, bent, etc.) after shipping are not returnable.

Any claims for credit, replacement, refund, return, etc., must be made within 30 days of the order shipping date. Claims will not be considered beyond 30 days from shipping.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Parts which were correctly shipped are subject to a 20% restocking fee--please do not order parts you do not intend to keep.

Custom cut or custom made parts are not returnable.

For your safety, recovery equipment is not returnable.
